I have been going to Brickell Cleaners for over 10 years. Whenever there was a problem, the manager made it right. Most recently a button was missing. Did not check when I picked up. Upon my next trip with the garment, the manager replaced the button. If you have a problem, take it to the manager. He or she will do their best to fix it.

Took a sweater there to try and get a stain out. Left with the stain still in tact and discoloration around the sweater. No one speaks English and they would not offer a refund for the service even though I picked up the garment in worse condition than when I brought it in. Go to a different dry cleaner!

The worst attention 0 friendliness! The place all messy and dirty. They treat clothes and customers badly. Do not go!

If I could give this place 0 starts, I definitely would. I cannot even begin to explain how rude and unprofessional the tailor is at this place. To start with, I left a dress there that was supposed to be ready for today. Not only did she not have it ready, but she THREW the dress at me when I asked her why it wasn't ready by the time they had told me to come back and said she would not tailor it anymore. I have never encountered such an unprofessional staff member in my entire life. I am truly so so disappointed in this place. Please don't tailor anything here. I am truly so amazed by the incompetence, rude attitude and unprofessionalism.

Do not get your items tailored at this place. The quality is horrible, and they take forever to have them ready. I was told my items were going to be ready in a week, and they ended up taking a whole month. I had to go there in four different occasions for them to tell me that my items were not ready yet, and to come back again next week. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the service is crazy expensive for the quality you get; plus you will never get your items in time. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.
