Absolutely 0 stars!!! I have been coming to Instyle Dry Cleaners on Bird Road, which sends their items to Devonaire for laundry services, for several years and originally had a good rapport with the owner. Since I've been busy in recent months, I had not had time to pick up any items I left the last visit. I went to drop off some new quilts and asked about a comforter I've brought before as I don't have it in my home. The owner stated I hadn't been there in months and took everything the last time I was there even before I mentioned about the comforter. When I picked up my quilts next time, I asked about the comforter as I should have had it at home and perhaps something happened to it at the Dry Cleaning company, but she denied it and stated the company is hers and she doesn't hold any items. However, the person from Devonaire was present at Instyle Cleaners during my visit and they do the laundry services apparently. One of my new quilts that I retrieved was white and I noticed it is now completely stained with a bluish color. I took photos to show the owner next time. I visited to pick up hats I had left, and showed her the photos. She became highly defensive and denied that there's any stain or discoloration on them from the photos while barely looking, that I should have brought the comforter right away like her other customers and its impossible that had happened. The employee or owner of Devonaire Dry Cleaners was present and he denied any wrongdoing, as the owner engaged him stating "you wash each item separately in a machine", so why would it cause a stain? I highly doubt each customer item is washed by itself. He concurred with the Instyle owner and also refused to look at the photos and stated he doesn't work there, but apparently work or do business together. The owner became more defensive , angry, denying anything wrong, demanded I pay for today's items and yelling at me to leave the store, while this other Devonaire person was yelling at me at the same time to leave the store. A video with audio would demonstrate this for everyone to witness. This owner unnecessarily escalated this interaction with yelling and insults rather than using any type of professionalism, listening to my concern, and offering a way to solve this issue while still demanding that I pay for today's items which I did. I told her I would bring the item physically to look at but then she refused. I told her i've been coming here for years and now with this interaction I will not return. She aggressively threw me out of the store, prying the door closed from my hands. I think it's sad people are ignorant and do not know how to treat customers and take responsibility for a horrible service. You can view the photos to see the difference in color. Owners are the dishonest. Missing clothing, High price, blew me off like i was a child when I questioned where abouts on a shirt. Told me go away and come back another day as he was busy. I don't mind paying a higher price for quality, But High price and dishonest, and not the best in the area, No thank you.

I didnt get a chance to use this service because when I called to inquire about their pricing the man hung up on me. Great way to grow a business or treat a potential new customer.
