The pharmacy is always understaffed. Every time I had to wait more than 30 min talk to someone, besides the time you wait for the prescription be ready. The employees are ok, I dont agree with some reviews that say they are not nice, but they dont seem to master the computer or logistics skill. Most of the time they need to call someone else to help fulfill a prescription and they also take a long time figuring out where your medication is. Once a lady cut the line and the cashier did not say anything. So they dont care about what is going on with people waiting. I just went there because is very close to home, but if you can afford going to somewhere else, it is not worthy your time.

Change your pharmacy insurance address . They are unprofessional they waste your time. Money. Third class service and staff. Mostly pharmacy staff are so unprofessional . If you are dying they dnt care. If you need your prescribe medicine they dnt have it . No return policy if you recive wrong item . This worst policy. 177 sw 8 th st, miami fl-33130 I just had my sergery and they give me more stress .

Bad service, wait half an hour, Then it turns out that the medication that had been ordered 2 days before was not yet ready, I waited longer for it to be ready, the staff was super rude, I will definitely not return

I wouldn't recommend this CVS for the pharmacy because it's the worse. I sincerely think they need to replace the whole team that creates the orders or take information from customers, because they always find a way to give less information and I appreciate if they can all do more trainings only for men and women in the pharmacy section since they seem to not understand customer service at all even in spnaish they don't understand which is why, I'm giving one star.
