It is 3.23.24 at 7:48pm. There is Black female cashier who is vulgar, screaming, disrespectful with no customer service. Previous visit to this store she was vulgar and using profanity in an argument with a customer. Seriously needs to be trained is working retail and customer service! This store is a hostile and uncomfortable and unfriendly shopping environment.

When I walked in I said good morning to the cashier. He looked me dead in the face ignored me. I was being watched the whole time I shopped until I walked up to the register. Still there was no greeting.. I pressed cash back SHAMIKA then proceeded to yell "NO CASH BACK I AIN'T GOT IT!" I will not be back if this man continues to work here. This store visit was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

*******Beware beware beware *******of this place's poor customer service. The place is very ghetto the cashier's loud using profanity. Acting like the Dollar Tree is from the streets. This was the worst experience I ever encountered they were customers who should have been right. But the cashier's yelling in your face like they're about to fight. Also, when you try to help them correct the situation, they just say to call up management. There are no refunds. There are no price adjustments. Be very careful. What you see in there, you will get catfish on the prices. What's on the shelf price is not what is being scanned. Management from seeing the comments is not doing its job. I believe he is just there to get a paycheck like everyone else. That works there the cleanliness and organization. Sucks this place. It's horrible I would write more about this but I believe that this review is not even worth it. I explain it more on how bad how bad. The customer service management and overall store cashier's. The cashier rushes people yelling using the n-word and other Derogatory comments. As a former representative of a secret shopper, this store fails Miserably in all aspects. Can't even give the store the benefit of the doubt. Luckily I couldn't give it no stars because it does not deserve any stars after this experience. And I own many businesses I'm always looking for great potential. But in this place, you would never find it even if you were blind or hearing impaired. *****Semper Fi*****
