Very helpful employees. The salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable about all facts of buying a phone, a monthly plan, and transferring your old data. She even explained the cancellation and refund policies.

If I could give them a -5 stars I would. Horrible customer service , the worst I have ever experienced. The two guys that work there are extremely rude , one will try to sell you everything so please be careful because you will sign for something and end up paying something very different next month, the other one apparently the manager of the store wont even let you talk , or give you the chance to explain, very rude and unprofessional . Ive been having T-Mobile since 2017 and this never happed to me before . Go to another location and save yourself money and time .

Horrible, the worst experience ever. dont come here if you dont want to be scam. A girl call Claudia, open a plan for us with a fake price, she told us we were suppose to pay 47 dollars at moths for 4 lines and she is actually charging us 80 dollars per line!!!! When we try to fix this problem with another girl call Ana, she was so rude!! She acted like it wasnt her problem, also she says than if we want to fix the problem we need to come other day when the manager of that day than the plan was open were at the store. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experience in my LIFE, what a shame as a company.
