I did extensive research on available speaker upgrade products needed for a Benz SUV and the stores that could do the work, incl. speaking to the equipment manufacturers, and visiting and speaking with the store owners and employees. I was wary as to how this would all work out generally, especially because it was a birthday gift. And I was facing a tight deadline, a parts that needed to be shipped from Canada to Miami, heading into a long Federal holiday weekend, and a planned 24 hour drive. All that being said, I had a great experience with Alan and team from the moment I walked in the door, through delivery, to my destination back, and since. Nice. Knowledgeable. Fair. Fast. Had a great experience. Very happy. Thank you Alan and team.
