Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is my second time renting from the enterprise located at 14975 W Dxie Hwy and Austin Davis assisted on both occasions. His customer service and urgency to provide impeccable service to the customer did not fail. My second reservation did not go as planned due to the vichele I requested not being available but he suggested alternatives to make sure I get a vichele and make it to my convention in time. I appreciate the immediate resolution and I'm a satisfied customer thanks to Austin.

I always have a good experience when I rent from this location. Brice and his team are very accommodating and provide excellent customer service. The vehicles are clean, efficient and presentable, I highly recommend this office they are A+++ in my book!

Very bad service and attention from the employees in this branch. I rented a car at another branch, the car began to fail me, I come to this place near where the car failed to change it and the only response from the employee is "go to the airport"????? more than 30 miles from here ???? with a failing car???, they didn't help me solve anything, what a bad car rental company, I don't recommend it to be used, they deliver cars in poor condition, they are too inconsiderate
