        I put 1 start for the one time I didn't have a problem with them same procedure different person and the card. there is no explanation I couldn't use the exact same card that I use last which is 100% good

        This location closed for business but apparently did not notify Expedia about the change. Walked here just to find this out and had to cancel reservation.

        This is possibly the worst business i have ever come across. Booking the car, budget decided to tell us a different address as to what came on our booking email. So i called their call line and after holding for 30 minutes I confirmed the address that we needed to go to. Fast forward a few hours, turn up to said address... Oh fantastic there is literally nothing there and the budget has been closed for what seems to be years. Do not ever, ever even consider this company. It is absolutely baffling how this is still managing to make money.
