        If I could leave 0 stars I would. In line for 1 hour attempting to rent a car prior to cruise.Reservation made online. Line barely moved. Only one person to check in (hats off to him). Left after it was clear that we would be there another hour at MINIMUM! If you can get a rental from elsewhere DO IT!

        If you think this location is a time saver being close to the port, don't waste your time! It would have been quicker to rent from the airport. Even after the hour plus wait to reach the counter there's another hour plus wait to have the car brought around. There should be someone outside checking people in with a mobile kiosk along with the 2 other people in the office. This location needs to figure out how to schedule staff and teach that staff how to be efficient. I will never use this location again.

        The worst experience ever. Had a reservationat the miami downtown location they did not have any cars available. The attendants and supervisor are very rude. Avoid it
