I was taken to Avis by the team at Williamson Cadillac when I dropped off my car to be repaired because they had no cars available at the dealership. The practice is at Avis are basically highway robbery. No wonder they have such poor reviews. I was told that anytime I got on the highway not only would I pay the actual Sunpass toll but an additional $6.95 per day any time I got on the highway in addition to the tolls. Are you kidding me youre going to charge me for driving on a highway seven dollars I dont mind paying the tolls but what is the seven dollars for every time I get up on the highway you are thieves !!!!

I went to Avis to return my car in Fort Lauderdale and there was no on there and someone was there already waiting. So no idea what that was all about. Having one person at the site and doing everything is horrible.

One of the best service around the rental car center. Our car had a flat after 3 days, they switched and upgraded.
