        Biggest scam of my life. I've already tried emailing them for help and they refuse! So please don't comment asking me to email for assistance RAC4L! There was no person at the desk, only a virtual connection to a remote person. They forced me to pay for their insurance even though I had my own full coverage. They require $500k of coverage so I had to buy theirs and I've never had to do that before. The final and worst thing is being charged the $500 smoking fee & receiving a charge for an additional $624 in insurance and damage fees for the rental that i did not cause. I quit smoking 8 years ago and I have rented several cars from priceline without any issues. I am disappointed that priceline would list them on their site. DON'T fall for this!
