Very slow. Employees refuse to open a second register. Irritating.

The staff at this location is always so friendly. The branch might be extremely busy but they always offer different solutions. Even when rude customers just dont understand the patience they have is impressive. Updated. Come here once a week and lately they have a skeleton crew, the staff is tired and you can tell they just dont know what else to do.. branch is always packed with clients that just need help with every minor issues. I know the area is not the best and clients are not very well rounded since we experience the same at my business. But you can see the manager running around trying to do her best the teller line doesnt stop and wait time is almost 3 hours for pin a change. Not sure how the upper management doesnt see this and try to help this branch because the little staff they have left is amazing but tired and drained .

Teller very nice and informative. Person in the front is useless. It's a girl with glasses always on her phone and after I got a cashier check I asked if I could use the restroom she said no

Very good attention from all the work staff, very empathetic from the reception to confirm an appointment on the same day, to the cashier at the box office. Their staff of advisors are very prepared, professional and courteous. There is no complaint that it is one of the best Bank Of America branches I have ever been to. In themselves, they are all very good in terms of professional treatment, but in my experience it was the (As) of all. I recommend it for any type of transactions. Its facilities are very comfortable and spacious. And the waits are very short.
