        Lousy customer service at this branch. I had an appointment scheduled today for 11AM to discuss some issues with my account. Despite this, the manager had me waiting there for 25 minutes...with no other customers in the office. Another manager says "I'll be with you shorty," then disappears. Original manager comes back out later and tells me that they are busy and that my appointment was for yesterday - which was just never true. Very unprofessional. I have had enough - I am transferring my money.

        Delightful customer service experience Staff friendly helpful and attentive Location is off side of four seasons hotel you can valet or self park and the bank will validate bring your stub with you for validation otherwise 12 dollars an hour Beautiful clean location Recommend location Monday through Friday closes at 5 pm
