        Ive been a resident of Motion at Dadeland for 5 months and my experience its been nothing but excellent so far, the staff at Motion its always friendly and willing to help with any issues that I might have. The place its super clean, well maintained and modern and the maintenance staff is always on point. If you have the opportunity to rent at Motion At Dadeland dont miss out !

        After living in the building for 13 months, I can tell you there are no better building than this.... I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment I moved in, the teem has been incredibly attentive and responsive to any inquires or maintenance requests I've had.....The management team friendly, and professional, the best one....under the leadership of the manager..... but they also maintain the building beautifully, the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. I appreciate their efficient communication whether its through email or newsletters.. they keep tenants informed about any upcoming events. I highly recommend it...5 star....

        Ive been residence here for four years now, and I must say that the management is outstanding. Lisette and Natasha are very helpful if theres ever an issue that I might have theyre always eager to go out of their way . even though theres a lot of pets here property is very well maintained. As you all know pets can have accidents, but as soon as you report, it maintenance takes good care of it in a timely manner . I love the convenience of being next to the metro rail, and all the surrounding shopping centers makes it very easy to get anywhere in the city Without a vehicle
