Thank you AMLI JOYA Apartments. to the office leasing staff, Kristen, Alyssa, Maria, as well as, the maintenance team, concierge service, cleaning staff etcfor always managing to extend such professionalism, kindness, as well as an ongoing concern for us your tenants which you seem to display on a daily basis. I cant express enough how proud I feel to live here at AMLI JOYA finding myself excited just to come home to an environment that is not only clean, but also aesthetically appealing. truly luxurious!! I especially appreciate the way the staff takes the time to greet you with a great big smile as you walk-through building, not to mention, providing us with monthly treats /events showing us how much were appreciated It truly makes you feel like your surrounded by family!! A great big thank you to the maintenance team who always do such a top-notch job, working diligently, quickly to resolve any of our maintenance concerns, thus, providing for a quick/painless resolve! Lastly, I will be forever grateful to Kristen (leasing office staff) who on day one, introduced me to this luxury apartment building AMLIJOYA . her great big smile, warmth/graciousness/stellar appearance How could I say no!! Gimena our concierge is excellent. She makes herself available for residence after office is closed. She walks out to every person who walks in to deliver food and wonders toward elevator that will not open at will anymore she is present and very pleasant with the operable word PRESENT Thank you Gimena for always going the extra mile !

Maria and Alyssa at the front desk are completely exceptional personalities, never angry, they helped me by going out of their way. They made me feel this place like a home where I can easily communicate anything without any hesitation, all my matters are handled with respect and smile. Thank you Maria and Alyssa for making my experience amazing :)

As a very long time Amli-Joya tennant, Id like to drop a review about the absolutely stellar performance from Alyssa Gonzalez. Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set her apart. Alyssa consistently goes above and beyond to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Her positive attitude and willingness to solve the very few issues Ive had at Joya make her an invaluable asset to the Amli Joya team. Five stars all the way!
