It is the worst company and administration that exists, they do not return deposits when you leave the building. They steal everything, they don't fulfill the contract and they always take money from you.

First time I take the time to leave a review, but I will do it so they stop scamming people. My boyfriend and I applied to this building in November, they got us excited about an apartment, they convinced us to apply and then a few days later they denied our application and told us to apply again (THEY DIDN'T DENY IT JUST TO RAISE THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT AND THEN COME BACK TO OFFER IT TO US) we decided not to continue, today, March 7, THEY STILL DON'T RETURN OUR DEPOSIT, they are scammers, we have called many times and they only tell us lies and they have stopped responding to us, they don't give us a response.

Terrible service, I moved out of this building a month and 8 days ago and they have not returned my deposit that I earned with so much effort, their response is that they do not know where the checks are and that they must write others and that it takes a month or more and Well, I don't want my money back immediately or this can lead to bigger issues, because that's called stealing and scamming people. I was in the Building since they opened, with many expectations that little by little faded because the administration was a total disorder, nothing positive, none of them were efficient. The other buildings return the deposit after a month and this is the only one that says they don't know where the checks are, please be serious and stop scamming people
