The Boulevard

Pickleball has become a lead magnet in development communities but typically the execution and construction of court is not well thought out. This court appears to be an after thought as the walls are right next to the court boundaries which leave very little room for spirited play and is also dangerous to run into. Its next to the pool and lounge area and could offer a fun distraction on a limited basis. Bring your own equipment for a reliable experience. Also, note its on a rooftop so windy days could be problematic. I also dont believe the contractor understood how to install the blended line system for pickle and paddle. This type of color scheme and design are typically confusing. This one is no exception.

The Boulevard is the best apartment block, the leasing agents are great and always helpful. By far the best apartment Ive lived at and the pool is the best.

Management doesn't enforce anything. If you pay your rent on time you can do whatever you want - dog feces surrounding the building, blasting music in the middle of the night, smoke to the point the entire hallways smells. Parking garage also isn't secure - no gate and unregistered guests come in an out as they please. Couldn't move out fast enough.
