I am happy with the Resia Coral Reef team, the cleanliness of the apartment, the maintenance team led by Alberto and Tony are so efficient, detailed, punctual and friendly; In addition to that Lance from the office has also given us great solutions to our apartment transfer requirements. We are really happy because all the departments I mentioned have done an impeccable job to offer us a wonderful place to live. Thanks team!

I just lease an apartment here at Coral reef and I would like to say that the staff is amazing. They made my process very easy, and they are top professional and care about the tenants. I recommend this community to anyone looking.

I have been living in this community going on 4 months now and I have to say that the staff here Lance and Nancy are people tat care about their tenants. they answer all your emails and your phone calls they go beyond to accommodate your needs. I recommend this pace to anyone that is looking.

Shady management and a dirty community. The dumpsters dont run often enough so theres trash everywhere outside. We moved into an apartment infested with roaches and mold issues. When we broke the lease early management said the security deposit would cover the related fees. 10 months later I receive a bill from collections. I never received any form of communications from Resia regarding the debt/bill. Management will do anything to get another dime out of you, to include damaging your credit
