image I moved into this apt 3 months ago. It has been nothing but smooth process. Property is clean, safe and well maintained. Luckily, i have no issue with noise from my neighbors. Not sure if i am luckily or management has good policies in effect. the building also located in great location, close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

image I recently had the opportunity to visit the 275 Fontaine Parc apartment complex and I wanted to share my experience. Henry Romero, the person who conducted the tour, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Henry was very courteous, hospitable, and welcoming throughout the tour. He had all the information I needed and patiently answered all of my questions. I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. He took notes and assisted me throughout the beginning process, ensuring that everything went smoothly.
During the appointment to view the one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, I found the complex to be well-maintained and the apartments themselves were nice. While I am still in the process of making my decision, I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the property.
Overall, I had a positive experience touring the 275 Fontaine Parc apartment complex. Henry's assistance was invaluable and I would recommend this complex to anyone in search of a new place to live. Thank you, Henry, for your excellent service!

image I was a resident here for over a year and it was an absolute nightmare. I got stuck with the most horrible neighbors to the left of my apartment that made my life hell. I got constant noise complaints from them, they would bang on my wall and called me slurs, and they even filed a police report against us which we were not even made aware of. This might sound like we were the annoying neighbors but no. We did not throw parties nor play any music after 9 pm. They would complain when we were talking in our living room (at normal volume) because the walls were so thin you could hear everything. You can mostly hear everything from your neighbors if you stood on the other side of the wall because the walls were thing but it was never a problem from our old neighbors or the ones from the other apartment. Even though on our same floor we would constantly hear parties being thrown til 5 am and loud music and talking almost every day they would always single us out and the manager jorge was definitely not helpful about it as he believed us to be at fault. We moved into a different apartment after this and after a year have had no complaints or any problems from other residents. Seriously? For paying over 2500 in rent i think i should be able to talk in my living room freely.

image Unfortunately the application marks one star, I couldn't even get one star since my stay was only for days I was able to observe and hear things among its not at all pleasant resistors and also what I observed, total absence of the administration since arriving at the building the welcome was a elevator from which I had to run because everything was vomited and that's what happened not only one day, currently the elevator is still not possible because of the bad smell and another vomit coming out, look at photos of cars with broken tires where no one gives a response or responsibility for what happened and the administrator has responded to the people because there were more than 3 cars and this was recent, not as he said in another comment that that was in the last administration, false that was about 4 months ago, sir administrator and I imagine that you He didn't even find out because he is never in his office and the response he sent was that the administration has nothing to do with it, when there you pay $25 for the first car you register and if you have a second car you pay $50 but at the same time When your car shows up with damage, they have no responsibility for anything, their responsibility is that the building is well, not the tenants or their cars, apart from complaints from residents upset by situations and attitudes of the administrator who does not provide a solution to the problem. nothing and just removes everyone who complains about its bad administration, I don't think it's a good option to rent or live there, since in a short time I heard a lot of disagreement from the resisters, according to them they don't like animals or children, I also do not understand how they can have someone as an administrator who is never in his office, who does not show his face and does not provide solutions to the situations in the building and its residents.
