Midtown 29

The absolute best apartment community in Miami by far. I have lived in various buildings throughout Miami and the Team at Amli Midtown 29 has absolutely blown me away. The Manager Crissa (Im so sorry I know my spelling is awful) was always so sweet and helpful especially when it came to renewing my lease (I lived here 2 years) Leo the assistant manager I believe brought amazing energy to the building and curated community events throughout the years that really made this apartment feel like a home. Kevin was also an amazing senior leasing agent & in charge of the marketing was so amazing and even supported our local business after we moved out with a community event. Lastly, Alex one of the lead agents was so patient when it came to navigating questions and always super helpful throughout the years I lived here. If you are looking for a place to call home in Midtown, Amli Midtown 29 is the way to go! An exceptional team, luxury amenities, incredible apartments, and many community perks due to their support to the community! 1000/10 recommend! I hope to move back soon

We love it here. Kevin from the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is settled for us and is just so easy to communicate with. The concierge staff and maintenance team in general are great too: they keep the building very clean and safe, and the residents here are kind and respectful. We love the pool and hot tub here and the cabanas feel luxurious. Highly recommended overall

We recently leased from Amli and have been very happy so far. Kevin, our leasing agent, was really great and helpful through out the process. He kept us in the loop and made everything easy.
