I programmed an appointment to open a new account on this location and when I got there I saw that this place was closed until further notice, even though the app said this location was opened. CHASE has been an absolute nightmare for me over the last week. Two other locations refused to help me open an account excusing themselves saying "we don't have any open space until two weeks in the future". C'mon, it's not that I'm asking for a million dollar loan, it's just opening an account. Awful.

I went there today to deposit my money in Miami shores chase bank the manager Michael was amazing and nene the security person was amazing too , these people in that location are the best that I have ever seen so far at any chase I went around thanks a lot

I responded to this bank to open an account at 4:30PM after being instructed by chases main customer service number/agent to respond without an appointment. I was told they could not help me open an account because it was close to closing time. professionalism and work ethic definitely lacks at this branch.3.3 rating is appropriate at this branch. I should have read the reviews before leaving work early and wasting my time.
