I had an awful awful awful experience here. I shipped packages to be held here at the access point and they shipped them back to my house within 24 hours. No phone call. No contact with me. My phone number and name were in the return information. These packages were essential for me to have for the event i was in town for. Completely derailed my event and left me scrambling. Store was NOT helpful. The man working even said oh yah those looked important. THANKS SIR. I want a refund for the entire event tbd. HORRIBLE.
