Very friendly staff. I mostly used to use them for printouts. When I tried to drop off a FedEx package they wanted to charge me for it??? I left it in my building's receiving instead - for free..

Go to any other FedEx, although listed as a full FedEx location it most definitely is not. We went because it was convenient to where we were staying, we were able to print but they did not have a notary on staff, fine, we went somewhere else but when I went back the next day to drop off the FedEx letter they charged $2 just to drop off an already labeled FedEx envelope. Which is fine, it's in a hotel so they charge for everything but don't have it listed as a FedEx office and ship center, it should be listed as an expensive hotel mini FedEx that can't actually do what you need. Go somewhere else!

A scam, situation: you order a shipment that you pay with another company to Loews Hotel (you staying). It arrives, so FedEx wants to charge you USD 70 to receive it????? Terrible contract for the guest at no time clarified and deplorable customer service

Located inside the Lowes Hotel on 16th & Collins. Go up the escalator and make a right. :)
Quick and easy service. Tip- print out your label online and come ready to drop off.
