    I have been choosing this hotel for my vacation for many years, and this year I noticed that the reception staff has changed a lot and when I asked for some reason, they did not answer me. Even this year I was missing two things from my personal belongings, which I realized when I got home. Excellent location, excellent rooms but the reception staff left me with a bitter taste. Rooms: Great but two things disappeared Nearby activities: Excellent Safety: This time I missed two personal things Food & drinks: Very good drinks, especially the happy hour, the food is delicious but for me it tastes too fried

    The hotel is old but very well maintained. The pool part is heated. There is a jacuzzi. Drink and food bar. Recreational games in the back of the pool. It has a private beach. Parasol and two lounge chairs. Keep in mind that you cannot reserve a lounge chair. After 20 minutes they take out your things. The people is so kind. The excellent location. The room has a minibar and coffee maker. They receive packages with a cost of US$5 each. And after checking out you can leave your suitcases stored until you leave. The bar service is very good

    had an amazing experience! Gabriel did an amazing job with our luggage. Backyard was so much fun. Aaron and Axel definitely gave the best service i had the entire trip!

    Attention from the reception staff Melina, Rocio, Vanina and Joaqun with excellent disposition and treatment as well as Chira and Estefania from the bar sector. Truly a homogeneous team for the benefit of the passenger and hierarchy of the hotel Continue along that path

    The hotel is in an excellent location. You are in Collins St., with tons of restaurants and store, and 5 min walking from Lincoln st., one of the most loved street by tourists. The pool is in the backyard , and so is the private beach. So far, so good. The rooms are vary; We had 3 rooms. 2 of them were small and very disappointing, more like in a motel, not hotel. The third room was much nicer, bigger, with a swing and a chaise lounge in the room. HUGE different between the rooms. Pay attention which room you are booking. If your room is facing Collins st. , it will be very noisy. You hear everything from the street, even from 8 floor. Do I recommend this hotel? Not sure. I think you can find better on Collins st. for the same price (or almost the same). BTW, the DO NOT have valet! It is unbelievable, but it is a hustle if you are coming with a car.
