Redbury South Beach

Its a beautiful stylish and very clean hotel! Great size of the room and bathroom, helpful staff, excellent service. The pool is amazing and very clean. I am very picky about hotels but this one deserves the best reviews.

Nice room, only it is expencive to arrive with own car. 40$ PR day for parking. But then again, this was informed on hotels.com before we arrived. Very short way to the beach, nice rooftoop lounge nd pool. Not so big pool, but enough to cool down.

This is a 2 star motel, not a 4 star hotel. Housekeeping does not do rooms and they lie about services/amenities. The hotel reception is downright rude and rooms are dirty. Stay anywhere else if you can. I'm a Hotels Gold VIP member and this is a "VIP property". When booking, it says you get free 2 hour late checkout guaranteed. This was important to me since my flight was later. I got this in the email on booking: "At VIP Access properties, enjoy guaranteed two-hour late check-out and if theres availability, you can also check-in early." When I asked for this checkout, reception refused, then lied and fought with me for 5 mins that they do not guarantee it even if Hotels does. Break you partnership then? Absolutely disgusting, I will be reporting it to Hotels too.
