      image Horrible customer service and bank does not take responsibility for stealing your money! I tried to withdraw money from their ATM last night - machine did not give me money but receipt confirmed my money was taken. I called today to speak with bank Manager Bill Reynolds and after they checked my withdrawal receipt transaction number they confirmed no money was issued and that I had to deal with this situation with my bank which is based in England as I ma here as a tourist. So not only did I not get cash last night because of their negligence I had to incur long distance charges today to have my bank resolve this . I find this to be a terrible oversight in taking responsibility for what is actually theft . NEVER USE THIS BANK!
