We met Ryan in March 2023 and over the next several months visited Cocoa Beach several times looking for a place. Ryan was always fun to be with and never gave us any pressure. We looked at houses and condos, as we wanted three bedrooms and two baths. We bid on a few places - one contract we cancelled due to the finances of the condo association and others we lost in bidding wars. In January 2024, the perfect condo reduced the price and Ryan immediately let us know. The next day Ryan was able to do a video tour and we put an offer in immediately. Due to life and work, we were not able to go to Cocoa beach for the inspection, so we bought it without seeing it in person. Our friends and family all said "Wow, you must really trust your realtor". When we went to the closing, we were a bit nervous as it was our first time seeing it... But we were right to trust Ryan. Our new condo is perfect for us! We highly recommend Ryan and consider him our friend in Cocoa Beach!
