Working with Brandon is a 1000/10 experience! He recently assisted me in selling my house and buying my new house (closed on both homes in a less than a month!!). Brandon works so incredibly hard for his clients. He reaches out to give you answers before you even ask, stays on top of all the tasks to be completed and gives you all the tricks of the trade to get the absolute most out of your home selling/buying. There is only one answer to the question of who is the best realtor in Brevard?. Brandon always goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience when buying/selling a home. Brandon has represented us for almost 2 years, and he has really taken a huge burden and loads of stress off us during the process. Not only is he great at his job, but hes a great and professional person that is super easy to work with! After previous purchases/contracts have fallen through to unforeseen circumstances, he stuck with it and helped us get into our dream, new construction house. Additionally, he got a successful contract on our, then current, home in UNDER 48 HOURS. The closing of both houses went seamlessly thanks in large part to Brandons dedication to what fit our needs best while also doing the same for all his other clients. We were never pushed to the side or delayed even though he is representing multiple other clients. He always was there for any questions or concerns and provided the best advice available. His experience and knowledge spreads far beyond existing homes; with the purchase of a new construction, he was there every step with us for mid-construction inspections, and final walks to ensure our investment was properly built and handled. Even though we may be moving into our forever home, Brandon will be THE FIRST call I make if I ever have any other real estate needs, and anyone who asks, hes the only person I will suggest because he truly is the best, without question.
