She really put so much time and effort in finding me and showing me multiple houses. I highly recommend using her for renting or buying. I had the VERY BEST advocate for the VERY BEST home I could have possibly bought. Arika was super knowledgeable about her market, had tons of expertise at walk-thrus spotting issues that I had overlooked and even had specialists on call as issues during surveys arose. She was at inspections I couldnt be at, she promptly responded to my calls, texts and emails and was enthusiastic every single time we spoke. I love my new home and I consider Arika my family. 10/10 would recommend
