As a Seasonal resident, I hired Southern Homes as a advertised “do it all” Guaranteed service. They guaranteed they would maintain my lawn and keep it looking great, or replace the sod that I paid them to initially replace. Since that time (early Spring), my lawn has continued to deteriorate. My neighbors have informed me several times that my lawn was not being mowed, for weeks at a time. I can see that via my cameras.
I have texted, emailed and left messages on Mel’s phone quite a few times with NO RESPONSE. I have held up my end by paying the agreed upon monthly fee. Southern Homes has not. I have been paying them for work not performed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of performance and lack of response.
