        Ordered by phone from out of state. I asked for cheerful bright happy colors for a thank you bouquet in a vase. They did an outstanding job! The girls who received it raved about how gorgeous the arrangement was! It was such a relief to be able to trust them completely with the design and getting it where I needed it on time! Thank you ladies so much!!!

        Bob called and left me a voicemail saying he delivered a bouquet to my door. He was so kind. He was considerate and found a shady spot so they didnt get burnt up in the sun. The bouquet was beautiful and lasted over a week. Will order from here in the future because of my experience.

      We got a call from this person and he told us he was having difficulty placing his order on our website. We immediately offered to create the order for him manually and asked for his name (the first step in creating an order). He said Al. When asked for his last name, which is required to start the order, all he would say was Al. Asking for the last name seemed to be an issue, as at that point we were told he would spend his $1000 elsewhere and the line went silent. We do not hang up on someone who is placing an order with us. The "zero compassion" comment makes no sense as the only information we were given was that placing the order online wasn't working for him. We're not sure what the zero compassion comment is about. . If we get a call from someone having difficulty online you were ordering and whyI understand you were having difficulty entering your order online and we offered to take it over the phone. The first step to entering an order both online and over the phone is to get your name. At that point the line went silent. Not sure where the zero compassion or hanging up, we were just trying to take your order.
