A Floral Affair

I have worked with Debra twice, and she has been very helpful with my order. She answered the phone right as I called, and took down my order and made it so simple for me. She was able to deliver flowers to my mom twice who lives in North Merritt Island, along with delivering a sweet note on the flowers for my mom since I live in another state. I called at the beginning of the day, and she was able to deliver them by the end of the work day. I sincerely appreciated it, and the whole process felt very easy. Debra will take down the phone number of the recipient and will call them when she arrives with the delivery to let them know the flowers are there, which to me is a wonderful extra service. Debra is one of the best Florists in Brevard. She took the time to help me out when I needed it. To have someone as caring as her in the area when you need flowers is just amazing. Thank you so much for all the help!

Ordered flowers for my MIL for Mothers Day. When I called I was told I had to spend a minimum of $85. I agreed. They guaranteed that the bouquet would be overflowing with flowers. After paying the delivery fee and tax I spent $107 and change. This is the bouquet that was delivered. Does not look like an $85 bouquet to me nor is it overflowing. Very disappointed. Edit-I finally did end up contacting the business and speaking with the owner as the flowers were delivered on Friday and dead on Monday. Instead of trying to rectify the matter she told me she was angry that I gave her a negative review and said I had bad ethics. So now I'm out $100+ with dead flowers.
