JMR Max is the real deal. They are knowledgeable, honest, dependable and they look out for their customers. They also had better prices than the competition! Chris and the guys were on time, and under budget. They serviced my old system and when it finally died 2 years later, they hooked me up with a new system, ducting and thermostat and it is awesome. Its so cold Ive got penguins ice skating in the house. The guys at JMR max live here in the community and treat people awesome. 10/10 for JMR Max.

John, Daryl, Randy & Chris are pros; these guys know how to get things done the right way. Suppose you are looking for quality work at a fair price. John gave me various options to fit my budget with no pressure to choose what was right for me. I went with a mid-grade package for my upgrade, and they had my old unit out and the new unit up and going within 7 hours. These guys are the AC animals and do it the old-school way. It was done right with experience and expertise. Thanks, Guys, for the quality job! I would highly recommend JMR for your next AC replacement project.

Great service from the staff I had interaction with. They were kind enough to keep my furnace and ac unit until I was ready to have it shipped. The crates that arrived were in perfect condition, looking at other boxes the shipper had on made me feel jmr max know how to protect the product during shipping. On Sunday Aug. 29th at about 9 pm our A/C stopped blowing cold air. First thought was - just great, it's Sunday night plus 100 degree days and it will be at least a week before somebody will be able to get out here and look at it - let alone fix it. We've played this game before. First thing Monday morning we called JMR Max and expected to be told that their first available appointment was going to be a week or more out. Couldn't believe it when Chris said they would be out that day to see what was wrong. True to their word John & Randy were at our house around noon. They spent about a half an hour going over the unit and came to the conclusion the condenser fan motor was starting to seize up. We then braced for what we assumed was going to be some outrageously inflated price to fix it. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredibly reasonable quote. On top of that they said they could install it tomorrow. What? The next day? Seriously? No way. They couldn't possibly get the part and get it installed by the next day. We figured we would get a call saying they would need to reschedule. Wrong. Once again, true to their word John & Randy were here today (Tuesday Aug. 31) at around 1 pm. About an hour later everything was up and running again. This is the kind of company we all hope to find. One with integrity. One that isn't in it to scam you. One that isn't looking to take advantage of you just because they can.
