Alan came out last summer and repaired my A/C condenser which was on the brink of collapse. I told him I would like to replace the unit in about a year if possible, so he welded pipes together and recharged the refrigerant in order to keep it running as long as possible. A year later and it was still running. He just came out today to install the new condenser. The old unit was removed and new unit installed in 30-45 minutes; he also informed me of ways to maintain the unit by periodically spraying it down with water and using a spray wax for longevity (which is a must beachside).
