*READ THIS BEFORE RENTING IF YOU LOVE NOT WASTING YOUR TIME*Employees here are super helpful and communicative. Great experience with the employees. BUT. Did NOT know that uhaul changed their truck rental strategy to be entirely online, and I am not being dramatic when I say the online check in system is the biggest steaming pile of heaping garbage I've ever experienced. CORPORATE OFFICE!!! MAKE A BACK DOOR FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BYPASS THE ONLINE ONLY CHECK IN, AND MANUALLY CHECK IN CUSTOMERS!!! I HAD TO WAIT 2 DANG HOURS TO GET MY TRUCK, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE SMART ENOUGH AND CAPABLE ENOUGH TO CHECK SOMEONE IN. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THEM, I WOULD'VE CANCELED MY ORDER AND TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO SOME ACTUAL TESTING AND FEEDBACK QUESTIONNAIRES BEFORE YOU FULLY IMPLEMENT A NEW SYSTEM, IT'S BUSINESS 101. JFC.

A good place to rent a trailer in the Brevard area A husband and wife launched U-Haul as a business in 1945. This truck and trailer rental service has grown to a large organization that has 23000 locations across the United States. We recently rented a small trailer to move some items to a northern state. I have rented from other locations and even rented from this location before. But like most people, I own that I do not use U-Haul very often. The location for this site is right off the west side of US-1 south of Eau Gallie by about 1 mile. It is a large place with lots of trailers and truck options. There is limited parking for cars as most of the lot is storage for trucks and trailers. You reserve what you need online and then go inside to finish the paperwork. They take a picture of you and your license before releasing the rental to you. The inside area has 3 stations where staff were working with people. It took about hour to pick up our rental. The place was clean and the staff was friendly both during the paperwork part in the office and with hooking up the trailer onto our hitch. They helped us check that the lights were working. Very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to others needing a rental.

Terran was hospitable from the minute I met her. Had a long crazy day, but she honestly made my experience a lot better then it was. Walked in angry, left happy. Ty for your kindness.
