        We contacted him to remove our old car, he set up time, then he (Tony)called to re-schedule for same day, but he never showed up or called. We called Michelle in the office (4:30pm) and she said that he went home for the day, and that she would leave him the message. She confirmed this when we called the next day to try again, but no one ever followed thru. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company, will not recommend their service even after we gave them the benefit of the doubt.
