Customer service, communication and punctuation is their specialty. I unfortunately get towed often and this company is setting a new standard. After initiating a roadside claim through AAA, this company promptly called me and actually showed up when they said they would. The situation was of a little bit different circumstances but Troy new exactly what to do and they went above and beyond to make sure that they helped me get out of a tight situation and get home safely. Get Hooked sent a driver to Cape Canaveral Post Office yesterday because my car wouldnt start and needed a tow to the Lincoln dealer in Melbourne. This guy did NOT HAVE A CLUE what he was doing. He had to call the dispatcher and they called AAA and sent a different company. He said a dolly was necessary but that was BS. I would never hire Get Hooked in the future. NEVER!
