This place worked great for me until I moved out! I found out about this place and called them, I told them I was only staying until Dec 31st to park my truck in a space. they gave me a spot that was already being used by someone else. ( this is a place were they have no person working on site) I parked in a spot next to the spot I should of had it fit. they were texting me on my phone many times that I was in the wrong spot and could I take a photo of the trailer that was in my spot. Hmm. I text them to tell them I moved out on the 31st of December 2023 and on the 2nd of Jan. they charged my credit card and refused to refund me. They said I signed up for auto pay, and were not give refunds. I said why would I have auto pay I'm only staying for Dec. They would listen to the recorded phone calls and get back with me! I'm still waiting for a call back and my refund. I also got a email on Jan. 1st 2024 that a new rule was that anyone moving out needs to give them a 30 day notices. I did like the place until they screwed me.

Perfect Place to store boat. Great Washdown area, air for tires, clean bathrooms, dumpsters for trash. In a world full of storage facilities with 1000 rules and regulations, this is a refreshing change.

Not an easy company to deal with at all, too many fee changes throughout my 1 year lease, bad communication regarding policies, was informed of added charges after the fact and then told that it was my responsibility to have known about stated changes even though they couldnt provide me with any documentation that I should have known about certain things. Along with broken promises from customer service reps make this just an all around bad experience.
Would not recommend unless you have no other option.
