        I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing in October 2022 because I was under the impression that I needed to replace my cast iron sewer pipes. The technician, Greg came and did the free camera scoping and he was awesome. Greg did a great job of taking his time to show me the situation and make a recommendation of the steps that I should take next. He showed me that I did not in fact have cast iron pipes but I did have rocks in my pipes and he suggested a solution to that problem. Unfortunately the quote that he gave me was quite a bit high and we did the jetting and small pipe replacement ourselves. But I do recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to come out and do an inspection and help you find out what your problem is.
