Mark called and asked if he can come earlier than my scheduled service, which is even better for me, freeing up my afternoon. He fixed our master bathroom toilet that was leaking at the base and replaced 3 shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Very reasonably priced, Mark is very good at what he does and very nice to deal with. We would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Terrible company!!! Wouldve gave them 0 if I could. They did the installation on my new build and Ive had so many problems in just a year. Also I was cussed out by the office manager Cherry and she refused to let me speak with the owner and hung up on me. The worst company Ive ever delt with!!

We had an issue in our new home with water backing up. Naber came out same day and was about to find the issue: another trade had damaged our main sewer line. What surprised me most is less than 24 hours later, they came back out, set a new main sewer line, and actually left our yard looking better than when they came. Were very happy with their services, and if we have another issue, well be sure to call them back out.

Do not hire Naber Plumbing to install a water heater if your house uses well water. Naber Plumbing installed a water heater in my new construction house that was not compatible with well water. Immediately after the installation, I purchased a full house water filtration and softener system for $4,000. Later I noticed that whenever I use the hot water to take a shower, the hot water will be brown and dirty, and smell like rotten eggs. Please view the attached photos of the dirty and smelly water I captured in my bath tub. This issue occurred because to save cost, Naber Plumbing installed a water heater that is not compatible with well water, so they can charge me for future repairs that they know will be needed. I contacted Naber Plumbing to make them aware of the issue, and I also made them aware that the company that installed the full house water filtration and softener system stated the issue was occurring due to the aluminum anode rod inside the water heater. Naber Plumbing stated that diagnoses didn't make sense, and they contacted the full house water filtration and softener system company and complained about the truthful and correct information they provided. Naber Plumbing instead guided me to drain the water heater, and increase the water heater temperature, and stated that would resolve the issue. However, the issue was not resolved. They then sent a technician to investigate and he drained the tank again, and said the issue would be resolved in 2-3 weeks. Again the issue was not resolved. Naber Plumbing finally agreed that the aluminum anode rod needed to be replaced which was originally stated by the full house water filtration and softener system company in the beginning. In addition Naber Plumbing stated the issue is not covered by the warranty, and I would have to pay $350-400 for the repair which is considered an upgrade. As a result of Naber Plumbing dishonest business practice, I decided to contact another plumber company to make the repair. The other plumbing company found that the aluminum anode rod in the water heater disintegrated and caused a chemical reaction which was why I was having the issue. Please view the attached photo of the disintegrated aluminum anode rod. The other plumbing company replaced the disintegrated aluminum anode rod in the water heater with a zinc anode rod which is the compatible rod for well water. I paid for the repair to resolve the issue. As result of this terrible experience, I will never hire Naber Plumbing to perform any plumbing work in the future.
