Not pleased at all. Jut moved to town and needed a doctor. Told me to wait for them to call for scan, that was 13th today is the 21st nothing. Can't get Drs office to call back. Trying to find out about lab work done, nothing. To say the least I will go somewhere else.

They did not tell us up front that there was a large hidden fee for new patient visits!

I had labs done a week ago. The results have not been sent to my doctor. I am sitting in his office and he can't get hold of anyone to get my results. I can't be treated without them. I'll never use this facility again.

It took them 6 months to refund me for a procedure that should never have been billed to me in full in the first place. Health First sends you and your health insurer as many bills as possible to see what they get away with.

Incompetent. They supposedly ordered blood tests for me over a year ago but when I went to quest they ordered tests that they dont even do! Also, dont even bother trying to pay online because they wont process it. Administration doesnt know how to do their job effectively either.
