Was taken by ambulance to ER after a motorcycle wreck. Ambulance driver was very respectful and kind. I also had the best ER nurse Nick Mucco. He did an exemplary job with wound care, communicating lab results and was very helpful and efficient. In over 20 years weve never had a better nurse! Thank you Nick for making me laugh and making my experience a smooth and pleasant one!

I was reluctantly takn to Melbourne Hosp. for treatment for nausea & ..I have very little memory of the ED...but the staff & treatment on the 3rd flor were outstanding..Shout out to Danielle,Debbie,Mec,Rosie, & the realy sweet lady from dietar..

This was the first time that, with a history of arrhythmia and ablation and catheterization performed this year, I went to an emergency room and didn't even see the doctor. I was at the Melbourne regional hospital for 4 hours yesterday and I didn't go to the doctor, I had an electrocardiogram, x-ray and blood tests and it was the nurse who discharged me, how can I feel safe if I go to the hospital for an emergency and I see that it was It was difficult for the doctor to see or examine me and based on the results I was discharged. Not to mention the sheets that should have been white and were yellowed because they were so old or dirty. The bill comes in for the insurance and for us, and I have experienced the quality of the hospitals and will definitely consider returning to Tampa if I still need cardiac care.

My mother, who is 91 years young, has been here several times in the last 6 months. Outstanding service in ER & upstairs when she was admitted. There were times when her CNA or nurse were busy, and others were more than happy to chip in and help. First few nights she had anxiety attacks and they handled them beautifully. I came in at 3 a.m. the first night & stayed for several hours (because she had called me). After that, they knew how to calm her and get her back to sleep. Outstanding service from every single person in that hospital & nurses give you updates if you are not there when dr. comes in and they pass on detailed information from shift to shift amongst themselves with every single solitary patient. Amazing--God bless them all-they are special!! They are now taking care of my brother with the same exact amazing care.
