I wanted to take the time to leave a review for two of the ladies who worked at Kay Jewelers on April 3. I was assisted with getting my necklace fixed and ended up dropping the main jewel to my necklace in front of the store. The two kind ladies who were working at Kay Jewelers that evening close to closing time assisted me with getting an umbrella, and coming out to help me in the rain, find my jewel to my necklace. The lady ended up finding it and made my entire week , and mind you it was close to closing time and they were so patient and kind to me. I am eternally, grateful as it was a necklace that my mother bought me years ago and it is irreplaceable for me. The staff here go above and beyond, and I am oh so grateful and I will always be a loyal Kay Jewelers shopper. I would give 10 stars if I could!
