        Happy to take your money, impossible to cancel. I found a better rate with a competitor when it came time to renew my auto insurance. Called this agent to cancel and was told it was. Over a month later I get a bill and notification of cancellation due to non-payment. Turns out this agent never updated my policy to reflect the cancellation. Had to deal with the corporate office to get things straightened out.

He was the best insurance representative that I've ever spoken with. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He offered to look for even more details than I asked for. GREAT customer service!
