I personally use Allstate for my car and house. I'm a Realtor and have recommended Allstate to many of my new Buyers. They seem to have the best rates. Hiram and Roxanne are terrific to work with!

I have been insured by this agency for more then ten years. My 17 year old son bought a truck and we filled out the paperwork for his truck to be covered singed everything brought it in and all done on our part was 100%. turns out the person that should of filed it did not and walked out of her job that day. A month later my son hit a gard rail and needed his insurance guess what it never got filed. And he lost his license. I stopped in the office was told how this women quit and never filed my insurance "I don't think Roxanne was happy he told me that" he told me I needed to talk to Roxanne turns out she is ON VACATION FOR 2 WEEKS when she got back she said there nothing I can do this is 100% on her I jumped through all the hoops to do the right thing and now my kid has a driving record that shows no insurance and the city wants him to pay for the guard rail. After 10 years there is nothing you can do what bull.

Ive had a policy with Roxanne for about 5+ years. The office is on top of it and it is truly a pleasure to speak with Bob when I have questions or need something explained from my policy. Highly recommend Roxanne and her staff!
