        Someone just posted a review a week ago saying they have a "not my job" type of attitude and IT IS TRUE!! Haha, worst part is that not only was my moment with an assistant manager (probably, based on the shirt color), it was also the type of service I received on my birthday of all days. I didn't tell them that but damn, was the encounter not so nice even for a regular day. I stopped on a whim for breakfast before going to the zoo around the corner. Popped my order into the app, and girlfriend put an order in on her app too. We submitted at the same time. The manager said her order appeared but mine didn't. We submitted at the same time and I showed the screen in the Wendy's app which said something to the effect of "order is being made" and it showed the address. I even asked the manager if this address was correct and she says "Yes but your order isn't here". Doesn't even offer an alternative or a solution, and she continues to just walk towards the fry station without another word. I'm sure writing this isn't going to fix her piss poor attitude/approach but maybe this will give anyone else looking on some insight on what to expect. This occurred on 03/17/2024, a little after 10am, for reference.
