As a first time patient, I didn't know I had to specify I had arrived for an appointment. I waited an hour only to find out that the receptionist doesn't ask or check to find out if you have an appointment, they just assume everyone is a walk in. I was late for work. Hoping this will help someone else NOT be late for work by knowing to declare to th receptionist that you've made an appointment and are not a walk-in.

Outstanding staff, professional and courteous! They are experiencing some challenges with service disruptions at other facilities causing intermittent backlog of patients.
