They are currently refusing to give me my own records, which is a violation if HIPAA. I'm giving them 30 days from today to hand them over before I file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights. But seriously, don't go here, just go somewhere else and avoid the headache.

Front office staff of Spyglass first floor suite severely lacking in customer service skills; not friendly AT ALL. Also, multiple staff calling patients by saying names ONCE, VERY quietly and/or mumbling, so none of the patients in the crowded waiting room had any idea who they were calling. Staff need to SPEAK UP when calling a patient to the window or calling them for their procedure. Will not use this location again based on lackluster staff.

I was so impressed with Deanna, the mammogram technician at the Spyglass location. She is definitely the best tech I've ever had. The front office staff can be a bit difficult but it's worth dealing with them to get Deanna. And when you're done, you get a lovely rose.

Horrible experience. Possible discrimination. Waited over an hour in a very slow waiting room only to be skipped in line by 5 others who had later appointments and walked in 20-30 after us. Why would you skip a scheduled appointment to move someone elses later appointment in front of us? Are we not all equal? Did we not already have the scheduled time slot and checked in 1 hour ago? Discrimination? Profiling? Maybe? Finally we were seen but I wasnt able to accompany my fianc? Why wasnt this explained at check in? Again profiled and discrimination. If this affected their bottom line they would care but lets face it. The health industry just cares about money. Not patient care and customer service. Stay clear of this terrible excuse of a doctors office.
