5 years in and shower needs to be redone. At 4 years the roof needed replacing.
Months of lies and being ignored by the owners and piece of garbage construction manager. The construction manager actually quit big project and when I would complain he would still call and text me threatening me.
Andrew and his brother are useless.
Not quite 10 years in and we're learning that the water heater was not installed to code and has been a fire hazard according to two different well-known and reputable electricians and plumbers.
That probably would have been caught if they're lazy project manager spent less time sitting in his car across the street at the model home then actually inspecting homes. But then again he never showed up to our final walk-through and then lied about it. When I called the building company out on it they clearly forwarded the email or my phone number to him because he then started harassing me calling me a liar but yet we had text messages from the realtor telling us that Mike couldn't make it because of other building emergencies that came up Service: Home building
