    We had a broken display on one of our laptops, so we took it up to Visual Dynamics and dropped it off for repair. They called the next morning and explained the screen was cracked. They proceeded with the repair and called us two days later to pick it up. They were very helpful! The service far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

    I have been using them since they were in their location in the Avenues and will always recommend this company!! They are always so kind and make sure to give you the best service they can. If you buy apple products expect to pay apple prices or get applecare!!!

    Went to get my back camera fixed last Friday after being referred to this location through the Apple Support text line since I have AppleCare+ on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Upon arrival, they did not have the appointment Apple Support set up for me listed in their system. I understand this probably was not their fault but still a bit frustrating. They told me they could do a repair and that they just had to order the part, which was an entirely new back piece for my phone. No issues with that or having to wait for the part, I know that takes time. Part came in exactly when they said it would, which was good. They told me the repair would take about an hour, and this was at 2:30 PM. So I brought in my phone, walked around the Avenues and got some lunch. Came back a little late, an hour and fifteen minutes, because of traffic, and it still wasnt done. They told me to give them 10 minutes so I waited in the car, gave them 15 minutes because there were some other people inside so I figured it might take a little more time. Went back in and they still werent done as they were struggling to calibrate the back camera. I didnt end up leaving until about 4:30 PM, 2 hours instead of the 1 hour they said. I was not aware they had to factory reset my phone, which became an issue as I have two-factor authentication on my iCloud. I know that is not their fault that I have it set up that way, however if they had told me this I could have been better prepared and grabbed my laptop instead of having to drive 45 minutes to grab it just to set my phone back up. I also did not do a recent iCloud backup since again, I did not know they were going to factory reset my phone, so I did lose some things. My phone said SOS on the service bar when I left, which initially I figured was because I do not get very good service in Viera. Once I was finally back home, I still had no service. I ended up stopping by the location on Eau Gallie, and this was just before 6:00 PM. So with all the driving around back home and the drive to get my laptop, I was still having issues 3.5 hours after first getting to this location. When I went to the Eau Gallie location, they told me that I need a new SIM card and that they usually would tell customers this prior to doing the repair because sometimes it happens. Visual Dynamics in Viera did not tell me this. So at about 6:30 PM, my boyfriend and I get to MetroPCS and they tell me that I do in fact need a new SIM card, but that I also need a new SIM card tray and that it was damaged and not syncing with the SIM or phone. They also said my IMEI number on my phone was messed up during the repair. Thus, I had to pay for a new SIM card, new tray, and an activation fee. This all cost about $40 and took another hour of my day. My boyfriend and I didnt get home until close to 8:00 PM. We practically wasted our entire day off together trying to fix the mess that this repair location caused. An hour repair turned into 5.5 hours of frustration and cost me extra money beyond the initial repair. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would never return to this location as it seems they are not properly trained or just cannot remember to disclose certain important information to customers about their devices. I would give one star, but Ill give an extra star simply because the staff was at least friendly to me while I was in the store. I wish I could get a refund but unfortunately that does not seem like an option. I do NOT recommend coming here, if anything the location on Eau Gallie seems much more knowledgable and I would try them if I had any other issues.

    Horrible experience. My daughter was told her phone would be fixed in 1 hour that turned into 2. Most questions couldnt be answered. Phone was repaired but they failed to inform her that she would need a new SIM card which left her without service. Then needed to go to third party to purchase SIM card. 1 hour job turned into an all day event. I dont blame the employees I blame the company for poor training. Would highly recommend any other location. I called beachside location and the problem was solved in minutes.
